Rueil-Malmaison (France), October 22, 2010 – The supervisory board, which met on October 19th, 2010, has decided to co-opt Mr. Anand MAHINDRA as a member of the supervisory board, in place of Mr. James ROSS who has decided to resign from his office, for personal reasons.
The supervisory board paid tribute to Mr. James ROSS, who joined the board in 1997. Mr. James ROSS actively contributed to the Group’s development and to the works of the board, more specifically through his participation in the auditing committee. He oversaw in particular the area of sustainable development and societal issues, the responsibility of which will now be assumed by Mrs. Cathy KOPP, also member of the supervisory board.
Mr. MAHINDRA, 55 years old and of Indian nationality, is Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of Mahindra & Mahindra (a company listed on the Bombay stock exchange).
